Make site secure with HTTPS and fix Course Report

1. Make Homeschool Skedtrack secure by using HTTPS vs HTTP. This will make sure that your data entry is encrypted and secure between your browser and the website.
2. Reports -> Course Report -- Total duration now includes field trip hours. Each field trip shows duration in hours.
