can't edit info

I had no access to my net for several days, thus resulting in the calendar showing my children as absent... I can't figure out how to adjust this and add in their lessons for these days.... please help.... I have sent a message through the contact link several times with no response

Not sure why we didn't get your message thru the contact us link. Anyway, to fix absences, you need to manually enter completion dates for the activities that were not logged. Go to Activities-select course-Edit Activities and enter the activities done (if they are not on there yet) and enter the completion date. This will fix the absent days on the Calendar. Do this for all courses.
