Completion Date on Activities Tab

I just started using Homeschool SkedTrack this week. Today we worked ahead in a subject and I wanted to track that. So what I tried to do was go into the activitites tab and manually update the completion date for the "activities" that we did today.

I get this error message:
Validation Messages:
Completion Date must be greater than latest completion date (02/07/2012) or less than or equal to current date (02/07/2012).

I am trying to set the completion date to today (02/07/2012). Isn't this date less than or equal to the current date? So why am I getting this error message? What is the best way to record things when we work ahead?

To record completion date with current date, the system can only accept one description - if you have two completed activities with completion date that is current, you can Merge them so they will get 1 completion date. If you want to record them separately (esp if one is graded and the other one is not), you have to do it "after the fact". You can only record one completion date for multiple activities one day later.
