Hello- I'm wondering how to schedule my son's recitation course- which for him is only one oral book report each term of his favorite book that term. He just writes out a report and then has to give that report orally. I want to schedule it at the end for the term- so he can choose what his favorite book was. I have a course 'Recitation' added- and have it set for one day in the week, 10 minutes. My problem is I can't have it sync with the school days- or it will be scheduled every week- correct? But if I use the calendar, I only can schedule it one time- any suggestions would be great

To be clear I want to schedule an oral book report for each term occurring one time at the end of our 3 terms. Also a note is that if I add a new course, my days for school will slowly be less- for example, my current date for the last day of school is June 8th. If I add yet another course, even if it's only 10 minutes, it will take off days for our ending date.

You can create a course just for the recitation and group this with the rest of the courses that comprise this subject - maybe under English? If you want to extend your school year (let it stay June 8th), you can adjust the hours per day to a greater value. For example if it is at 5.25 per day, you can change it to 5.3 per day. Just check the end of school day and just adjust until you get the desired date.
