Trouble with student section

When my students go to log in to "their" section to be able to see what they are supposed to do and check off what the have done nothing comes up. It has the tabs on the top and then to the left of the lower screen it says Schedule, but then to the right were the today things should be it's blank. It has been like this for the past couple days. I have sent to notices to technical support, but have not received any info. The teachers/admin section is working fine so that's where I have been having the kids do their check off stuff. I have tried on both my computers and even had my sister try it on her computer to make sure it wasn't just on our systems. Am I the only one having this issue.

We have some problems with our email support - we keep on sending replies but it seems that users cannot receive our emails but we don't receive any notification for failure to send. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Anyhow, we looked into your account and at some point, the username of your students were missing. To make student login possible, please put a username for each student on the Admin-Student-Edit page. If you want them to login directly to Skedtrack, provide also password for the student.

Please let us know if you have any other issues related to this.

There names are added and they shouldn't need a password. It was working for them going to switch user and then clicking their name up until a couple days ago.
I will try resetting their names, maybe that will help.

Ok I added their user name. It wouldn't let it be just their first name for some reason so we did first name first letter of last name. I did enter a password, but it doesn't require them to put it in to log in which is nice.

I am not sure why it worked w/o the above the first couple days I used it, but I am happy it's working now.

Thanks for the help and for the program! It's helping us SO much and I wish I would have found it yrs sooner.
