Can't change information related to reporting

I need to change some of the course information related to reporting but I am unable to do so for some of the courses. Some courses have the drop-downs which allow you to make the changes and some do not. How do I access ones that do not in order to make any changes I might need to?

In the process of writing down the course, I think I figured out my problem. All of the courses I couldn't access were part of course groupings. I went to course groups and, though I haven't done anything yet, it appears I can make the alterations there. Thanks again!
