Vacation days with school credit

Hi,

I am absolutely LOVING your wonderful program and we intend to support it continually! God bless you for offering this to us!

One question: We follow the local school schedule so our son will be off of school when his friends are. How do I count a day as a holiday but still give him credit for the day? Our school system has these days for inservice, etc. throughout the year. No schoolwork or attendance is required, but it is still counted in the 180 days required for attendance.

The only way to do that is for him to so something - like practice a musical instrument, or something that you want him to do everyday. If there is one course that is done for the day, he will be counted as present and it will be counted as a school day.
