I think it would make for a very flexible Course Report that could be used as an attachment to transcript if you could have 2 new checkboxes and their corresponding implementation:

- Exclude printing of ALL activities
- Include full descriptions of all Resources

As an alternative to providing Course Resource Descriptions on the Course Report, you could put the Descriptions on the Course Resources Report. Right now the Course Resources Report doesn't have the full description. You could make that optional, too.
