Archiving last year's resources?

Postby CindyK on Tue Oct 20, 2009 9:03 pm

How do we "archive" last year's resources so that when we look at resources for this year, it is all filtered out for us? As we use this program from year to year, the resources list is going to become unwieldy.

Thanks,

We are planning to have a paging system and search box for this. The reason for this is for some families who have children on different grade levels, they would be reusing resources used by other siblings. We can also have an "Active Year" link on the left navigation bar to show only the selected year's resources.

Now that I am starting my 3rd year using this program, my Resources list HAS become quite extensive. It would be GREAT if we could show only this year's (Active Year) resources on this page!

Thank you for listening,

I would like to "bump" this up to see if there is any thought that this minor change - an "Active Year" link - could be added.

Thank you,
