Remember me and allow auto log-in

I find myself having to log in multiple times a day and it gets tiresome. It would be nice if it would remember my username and would also allow IE and Firefox to log me in automatically, even Facebook and Amazon allow this, Ebay keeps you logged in for 24 hours. I don't see why this higher level of security is necessary.

Time before you are logged out is 90 minutes - this is not for security reasons. Having a lot of sessions open is resource intensive and slows down the system.
