problem printing no duration activities

Because I spend so much time on homeschool skedtrack, I no longer find it necessary to have a separate daily planner. I had set up several activities/courses to help me like a to do list, phone calls, teacher reminder, etc. I just made changes on each activity as needed without having to add another activity. I had set it up as miscellanous, zero duration. In the beginning, the activities all printed out, but lately only a few are printing. I increased the box height and made sure there were no other blank activities listed in the sequence. Would you please advice how I can get the activities to all print again? Thanks for your help.

Are those activities with no duration only that are not printing? Are you trying to print from the Today-Daily page?

No - I was printing from the Projected Date window Today -Activities by Date. Only some of the zero duration activities were printing.

However, I did go back and check the Today - Daily schedule and all the zero duration activities were printing...and I'm very happy to see that. Sorry I missed the printing difference between the two reports. I usually print the projected schedule after I've approved current schedule for the day.

Is this something that can be fixed?

Just to clarify - Yes - only those activites with no duration are the ones not printing. All the other activities with duration are printing.

We checked your account and everything seems to be fine. All the activities scheduled for a specific day, whether with zero duration or not, will come up on the Today-Calendar date links. If there is no activity listed on the course (with zero duration or not) it will display a blank description. Please check again.

I went back and checked - Calendar - 2/18 has all the info; 2/19 has some missing info; 2/20 - all info is missing. This is only related to the zero duration activities. All other activities are showing.

If you want all the activities for your courses with zero duration to appear everyday for a week on the Today-Calendar date links, please copy at least 7 activities (the same description) on each of them. The activity will automatically move to the next day ONLY when the current day has passed.

Talking about the courses with zero duration: For 2/18 (which is for today) you will see all because all of the courses have at least 1 activity in it. For 2/19 (which will be the next day), only those courses with at least 2 listed activities will show - the rest (which has only 1 activity on it) will be blank. On 2/20, only those with courses with at least 3 listed activities will show, the rest will be blank. You mentioned that you simply "make changes to the activity without having to add another one". If there is only 1 activity in there, it will only show on today's date, for tomorrow, it will be blank, and so on.

The missing info is not related to the duration, it is related to the number of activities that is on each of the courses. If you put 5 activities in it, you can print up to 5 days but on the 6th day, it will be blank because there is no more activities left to print. However, if you print it daily, you only need 1 activity as long as you don't affix a date (meaning don't check it off), the same activity will keep on rolling to the next day.

I see. Thanks very much for your patience in explaining how it works. I just need to print the schedule daily (current date) and not check off the activity - then the same activity will roll to the next day.
