Pending & Approving acitivities help

The "approve pending activities" seems to be haunting me. I click the box and hit approve pending activities and it shows the message that it has. Then I click save and yet it refreshes the screen back to "approve pending activities" again. When I go into the activities tab for a particular course, I can see the completion date there, but for whatever reason the program isn't recognizing that I'm done approving them so it keeps asking and won't let me into the "edit course" area. Thoughts??

Once you click Approve, do not click Save. Approve is the "ultimate/final save" for teachers. You can go back and forth from Approve and Save as many times as you want in a day, depending on what you want to do. On teacher account: Approve is the edit mode and Save is the "freeze" the Today page mode -- this is useful if you want to Approve work the next school day. On student account: there is only Save.
