Keeping Track of Hours

Postby jasam7 on Mon Jul 26, 2010 1:39 am

I am just getting started using this wonderful tool and am trying to become more familiar with it. I wonder if you could help me understand why the calendar displays more hours completed than were actually confirmed? For instance, my three enrolled children have completed a total of 3 hours; however, the calendar shows a total of 10 hours completed. Also, is it possible to view total hours completed for each individual child rather than the hours completed all together? Thank you for your help!

The final count of completed hours will be after midnight (when it passes on to the next day) otherwise, it will display the hours that was scheduled for the day (anticipating that the mom might check it off before the next day comes).

The hours displayed on the Calendar is per child and not per school. If you choose child #1 on the drop down (upper right), you will see the Calendar for that child, if you change it to child#2, then it will show calendar of child#2, etc.. so if child#1 works more hours than child#2 and they have the same #of school days and the same #of hours per day, child#1 will finish the school year first.
