Add/Edit on Pending Activities

Question:
When I go to Activities - Display/Edit page, I see this message "Approve Pending Activities to allow edit." How can I add/edit activities when there is an "Approval-Pending" and it is not yet the end of the day?

Answer:
When you want to add/edit activities during the day, simply "Approve" the activities that were done even if it is not yet the end of the day. When the student is done with all of the day's work, it is okay to hit "Approve" again. Clicking "Approve" can be done more than once.

NOTES:
(1) "Approve" simply means logging the date. If you want to erase the date, simply uncheck the activity and click "Approve" again.

(2) When a student clicks "Save" or hits "Enter", it goes to "Approval Pending" state. This state is preserved awaiting approval by the teacher even when the day has already passed.
