Allow Multiple Tests on Single Day

1. Allow multiple graded activities on a single day
-- Insert activities (graded type like Test, Quiz, etc.) at Activities - Edit Activities page. Assign the same completion dates for the tests. Note that you can only assign the same completion dates for activities that are prior to current date.
