New with a couple questions

Is there a way to look at tomorrow's activities, tonight or on the weekend prior? I like to make sure everything is ready, for example having a book we need to use, I don't want to see it all of the sudden the morning we need it. I am also trying to teach my student to plan ahead and this would be very helpful.

I understand the activities roll depending on if they are completed. It would be okay to assume they will be completed for preparation purposes.
