Extremely frustrated!!!

My husband and I have just spent the last 45 minutes trying to upload a file of activities. Everything we have tried says verify file validity. As far as we can tell, we have everything in the right format. I have tried attaching the file as .csv, .xls and .txt but it says the extension is not allowed everytime. Below is how we have it typed in, please tell me what is possibly wrong!! I do not want to have to type all this in!!!

FYI, I am on a Mac OSX 10.6.4 I have tried uploading on both Firefox and Safari, getting the same message with both.

Your file looks ok - please email us using the Contact Us link and attach the .csv or txt file you are trying to upload. Sometimes, there are hidden characters that are embedded in the file that causes the error.

Hi All,

Was there ever any resolution to this issue? I am having a difficult time uploading my csv file. I opened it in TextEdit and it appears identical in format to the sample on the video tutorial. I am also using a Mac. If anyone has any thoughts please pass them on... I have been sitting here for hours trying to get this to work...
