Logging Field Trips

If we are going on a field trip for the whole day - how do I log it in and give it credit say for science? Is is another activity? And is there a way to log it into the calender that will push back the rest of the courses until the next day? Or do I just add it to that course and then not check off other coursework for that day? Thank you.

Field Trip hours are included in the course. For example, if you credited the field trip to the Science course, the hours gets counted towards the Science course and when you print the Science Course Report, the field trip will be displayed on the Field Trip section. The activities for the course will still display on Today-Daily. You just don't check your activity off and it will roll to the next scheduled day.

Great tool btw, and thanks for your prompt reply to my previous answers

My field trip hours aren't showing up in the report for some reason. The field trips are being listed, but not the time spent on them...for example 40 1/2 hours on field trips and 2 hours on regular activities but only 2 hours have showed up. what am i doing wrong???

This is one thing that was overlooked - we need to fix this yet. The field trip hours need to be included in the total on the Course Report. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
